This blog is for everything that interests me. Inevitably, there's going to be a fair amount of military stuff (since I'm an Army vet), politics, government, gay rights... and pictures of hot guys. Yes, yes, I'm still human, and the standard crap applies: I don't own any of these pictures, unless I say so. Minarchism: a libertarian capitalist political philosophy. In the strictest sense, it holds that states ought to exist (as opposed to anarchy), that their only legitimate function is the protection of individuals from aggression, theft, breach of contract, and fraud, and that the only legitimate governmental institutions are the military, police, and courts. In the broadest sense, it also includes fire departments, prisons, the executive, and legislatures as legitimate government functions.
Both anarcho-communism and anarcho-capitalism are entertaining as concepts (the latter more than the former), but logically inconsistent.
